✔︎ There is a flashing warning light at the base of the mountain When it’s flashing, it means road conditions are hazardous and chains/cables should be installed before ascending

Roads are regularly treated and plowed, but steep inclines and switchbacks can still be difficult to navigate during active winter weather.
