About this space

The updated workspace studio condo is located in Silver Creek Resort on the second floor, which is also the beginning floor of the guest rooms. No long elevator rides!

Portable AC included!

This place is perfect for couples, but we offer space for three guests. Full disclosure: the futon is NOT very comfortable, but it will accommodate a third guest 🙂

You will receive keycard access to a sauna, hot tubs, and heated indoor/outdoor pool.

58″ Roku Smart TV w/ basic cable. Parking included. 

The space

* The gym is closed for renovations. Garage door install at pool side (start 9/9/25 the outdoor pool is closed) & slope roof replacement (start 9/22/25). Some exterior doors will be closed, noise 9AM–8PM daily, end date TBD. Guests will need to use the loading dock entrance. Wing 1 (we are located in this wing) exterior doors will be for emergencies only. Roll off dumpsters are for contractors only.*

Snowshoe is home to four seasons of fun. We welcome short and long-term renters.

Guest Access

✔︎ Indoor pool and hot-tub hours: Monday-Friday 1 PM – 10 PM and 11 AM – 10 PM Saturday – Sunday. The outdoor pool and hot-tub are open 4 PM – 10 PM.
✔︎ The HOA requires all guests using the pool, hot-tub, and sauna to sign and acknowledge the rules with the pool attendant upon entry.
✔︎ Golf, Skiing/Night skiing, night tubing, and snowboarding are available through the resort, all for additional fees. 

Other things to note

✔︎ Silver Creek Lodge is known for its relaxed atmosphere and amenities, including ski trails, ice skating rink, Coca-Cola Tube Park, Adaptive Sports Program, and night skiing in the Winter. In the warmer months, there are concerts/festivals, tons of hiking trails, mountain biking trails (along with world-class mountain biking events), Shaver’s Lake, Cass Railroad, Greenback Observatory, horseback riding, segway tours, razor tours, scenic chair lift rides, Frisbee golf, Raven Golf Course, and Treasure On The Mountain. You will also be a short stroll away from The Village and Top of the World dining options.

✔︎ Service is very spotty on the mountain. Snowshoe WiFi is free throughout the mountain, but it can also be spotty.
